At Bilgisam, we want you to be completely satisfied with our outsource software development and AI agent services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds.
1. AI Agent Subscription Services
Subscription Plans
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No prorated refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within 30 days
Credit Packages
- Unused credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used
- Refunds may be granted if the service was defective or unavailable
2. Software Development Projects
For custom software development projects:
- Refunds for project work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Work completed and approved by the client is non-refundable
- If a project is cancelled mid-development, payment for completed milestones is non-refundable
- Unused project deposits may be refundable within 30 days if work has not started
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased services
- Duplicate charges
- Significant discrepancy between advertised and delivered features
- Service outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Consumed AI agent credits or tokens
- Completed and approved custom development work
- Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for the refund
- Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
- We will respond within 3-5 business days
6. Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
